1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Jump Rope Counter app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. App Description

AI Jump Rope Counter is a fitness app that uses AI-powered camera pose detection to count jump rope repetitions. The app offers multiple game modes, global rankings, badges, and exercise tracking features.

3. User Account

A Google account sign-in is optional and only required for participating in global rankings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Rankings data may be visible to other users.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The app offers a Pro subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing.

• Subscription fees are charged through your Google Play account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play Store settings

5. User Conduct

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Use cheating methods to manipulate jump counts or rankings
• Use offensive or inappropriate display names in rankings
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The app and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by FormMarker and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Health Disclaimer

The app is designed for fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device. Calorie calculations and exercise metrics are estimates and may not be accurate. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Use the app at your own risk and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FormMarker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, including rankings and account features, if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
